Michael is the President & Chief Service Architect at Six-Sided Service. He is the lead trainer, and a keynote speaker known for his story-telling, humor, and practical application of his Imprinting® methodology.

These practices are the basis for his best-selling book, 'Customer Relationship Imprinting' and steer the Imprinting® trainings that are making an impact on organizations of all shapes and sizes.
From healthcare-to-Harley Davidson Michael has helped organizations realize their service potential by applying his Customer Relationship Imprinting strategies. He has brought a unique perspective to the customer service world that is both refreshing and insightful.
Michael's journey to being a customer service and customer experience expert has been unconventional. While spending many years working in the advertising and brand space, Michael saw significant broken links between brand promises and service deliverables. This prompted him to begin assisting brands to make exceptional service their signature strength. Seeing an organization move from 'acceptable' service to exceptional service is what makes the Imprinting® path enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding.
Michael is driven by the hope that he can help others make a significant imprint on those they serve through speaking, training, and by trying to being a force for change. His personal mission is to leave people better than he found them, and lives by his service phrase, 'We were built to serve, and we serve to build." Michael seeks to build others around them by not only teaching about service but by serving those around him everyday.
